PRE-CONSTRUCTION: PLANNING – DESIGN – ESTIMATION

EDGE Construction focuses on combining the design, permit and construction of your project to reduce the delivery schedule and hand over your project in a timely manner. This allows an integrated solution. The qualified design professionals and professional subcontractors will be selected to suiting the Client requirements to complete your project successfully.

EDGE dedicated Design team is committed to achieve the Clients intent and aspiration through an efficient and distinguished high end sought after Design. Our Design experience extends mainly into Architectural and Interior Design in coordination with the Building Construction Services.

The Construction Management At Risk (CMAR) is a construction contracting method in which the Construction Management Team becomes a collaborative part of the Project Team. This allows EDGE Construction to assist in evaluating costs, scheduling, and advise about constructibility while Design is being developed. This helps the Owner expedite construction by starting elements of construction prior to the design being completed (phasing). In addition to this, the Owner will be provided with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the project which fixes the cost.

The entire team at EDGE is committed to the implementation of the Project Particular Management System –PPMS- customized in line with the Project’s Specifications required for a successful completion of a project. We are diverse in working with many different delivery methods and contract options based on our client’s needs.
